MS. CAROL'S GYMKIDS, LLC provides children's sports education and recreational services, including but not limited to:

  • Gymnastics classes and training
  • Acrobatics and tumbling instruction
  • Dance classes
  • Cheerleading programs
  • Stretching and flexibility training
  • Birthday party hosting and children's events

Our services are offered at our facility located at 116 N Lindsey Rd #12, Mesa, AZ 85213.

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for children ages 2-16. By enrolling a child in our programs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or have been authorized by the parent or legal guardian
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal authority to make decisions regarding the child's participation
  • The child is physically capable of participating in the activities

4. User Responsibilities

Parents and Guardians Must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs
  • Ensure children arrive on time and are picked up promptly
  • Ensure children wear appropriate attire for activities
  • Follow all facility rules and safety guidelines
  • Update contact and emergency information as needed
  • Pay all fees on time according to our payment policies

Participants Must:

  • Follow instructor directions at all times
  • Respect other participants and staff
  • Use equipment properly and safely
  • Report any injuries or discomfort immediately

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To provide false information
  • To interfere with or disrupt our operations

6. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Participation in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that:

  • Physical activities carry risks of injury including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
  • You will sign a separate liability waiver before participation
  • You have adequate insurance coverage for potential injuries

MS. CAROL'S GYMKIDS, LLC and its employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for injuries sustained during participation, except those caused by gross negligence.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Class fees are due at the time of registration or as otherwise specified
  • Refunds may be available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the first class
  • No refunds for missed classes; make-up classes may be available
  • Returned payments may incur additional fees
  • Birthday party deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MS. CAROL'S GYMKIDS, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

9. Photo and Video Release

We may photograph or video record activities for promotional purposes. By participating in our programs, you grant us permission to use such materials unless you provide written opt-out notice. A separate photo release form will be provided during registration.

We do not guarantee that:
